Installation & Startup

App won't start, showing "missing runtime environment"

This is usually caused by missing necessary runtime libraries.

Solutions:

• Windows: Install Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable
• macOS: Update your system to the latest version, or install Xcode Command Line Tools

Usage Issues

No response when dragging files

Please check the following situations:

1. Permission issues: Ensure you have read/write permissions for the target files
2. File in use: Close other programs that are using the file
3. Path too long: Windows has path length limitations, try moving files to a shorter path

Files won't open after renaming

This is usually caused by accidentally modifying the file extension.

Solutions:

1. Check if the rule affected the file extension
2. Use the "Undo" function to restore the original filename
3. Adjust rule configuration to ensure the correct extension is preserved
