Folder monitoring

Automatically rename incoming files

Choose a folder to watch and set up naming rules or AI instructions. Basic fixed-rule monitoring is free. Continuous AI monitoring uses the Real-time AI mode and requires the advanced license, as do content-based naming and recursive subfolder monitoring.

New names require your approval by default. Basic fixed rules can run automatically; real-time AI monitoring and recursive subfolder monitoring require the advanced license.
