How the 3-device license works
A license authorizes up to three computers. You can activate Renamio on Windows or macOS, manage devices in the app settings, and move an authorization when you replace a machine.

Each authorized computer counts as one device. You can manage your devices in settings and transfer licenses between computers.

It also helps when you process more than 1,000 files per day or need larger batches. Free core features and filename AI naming remain available.
How are AI usage costs billed?
AI requests use the model service you configure, and that provider bills model usage directly; Renamio does not collect those charges. Free filename AI naming and AI-generated basic fixed rules remain subject to the free file quota and other free-plan limits. Content-based naming and continuous AI monitoring require the advanced license.
