Renamio is a desktop application and official website for batch file renaming. We may adjust or update services as features evolve. Unless stated otherwise, Renamio does not provide file storage or cloud sync.

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Renamio. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
• Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use Renamio for unlawful purposes or assist others in doing so
• Resell, rent, or distribute Renamio without permission

You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful rights to the files you process. We recommend backing up before batch operations to reduce the risk of mistakes.

Where applicable, Renamio may offer trials and paid licenses. Pricing, feature scope, and license quantities are defined on the official website. After purchase, we will provide the corresponding license credentials.

Renamio and related names, logos, interfaces, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and owned by us or our licensors. You retain all rights to your own files and content.

Renamio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or lost profits arising from use or inability to use Renamio.

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access. We may update these terms from time to time and will note the latest date on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
